Shipping Info.

All DVD's/XBox titles are sent by registered mail worldwide. Delivery charges are as follows (on any quantity):

UK: $3.50 (or FREE if you pay by Paypal - see below)
US/Canada: $4.00

**Please note: UK customers should select "international orders" as their shipping option. Also, if you are not from one of the countries listed above then please send your order by Paypal (see below) and we can calculate the correct shipping amount for you. Please DO NOT use the CCNOW shopping cart option.**

Please note: Due to problems with credit card fraud, we do not deliver to the following regions:

Eastern Europe
Indonesia
Africa

If you are unsure whether we can deliver to you then please contact us and we will let you know.

Delivery times are:

USA/Canada: 7 - 14 days
UK: 3 - 5 days
Europe: 5 - 7 days
Rest of World: 7 - 14 days

Please do not contact us unless at least 14 days have passed and you haven't received your item. We cannot deliver any quicker than the above times so please don't ask us to.

Payment can be made via our ccnow.com secure payment servers. However, we also accept payment by Paypal.

UK customers who would like to pay us in £ sterling (and receive FREE delivery) are advised to send payment via Paypal. In order to pay us using Paypal, please logon to Paypal and send us the list of the titles you would like to purchase, along with your payment to:

Alternatively, just email us with the titles you want to buy and we'll send you a payment request.

International customers (outside of the USA, Canada and the UK) should use Paypal only to order from us. Orders will not be accepted via our CCNOW payment if you are not from the USA, Canada or the UK.
